How to make bikang cake

Ingredients:

100 grams of rice flour

100 grams of wheat flour

50 grams of starch

65 ml coconut milk

Sugar and salt to taste

Enough warm water

Food coloring to taste

How to make:

1. Mix all ingredients together (except food coloring), stir until thick.
2. Take a little dough to mix food coloring to taste.
3. Heat the mold, put the white dough, wait a moment, then add a little colored dough on it.
4. Cook until the surface is hollow. Lift while picking up to crack and enjoy while warm.

How to make tiwul

-ingredients:

1 cup (125 grams) cassava flour

100 grams finely sliced brown sugar

Enough water

Grated coconut for sprinkling

Pinch of salt

- steps for making tiwul:

1. Spread the cassava flour in a large enough container such as a tray or cake mat.

2. Sprinkle enough water into the cassava flour, then gently touch the flour so that it has a grainy
texture.

3. When the texture of the flour resembles a grain of sand, add the sliced brown sugar. Mix until the
sugar is evenly mixed with the flour.

4. Line the steamer with banana leaves. Steam the cassava flour for 20 minutes or until cooked.

5. When it is cooked, give a sprinkling of grated coconut that has been mixed with salt on the tiwul.
