Troubleshooting Recommendations:
1. The Brake Pedal Position Transducer LVDT outputs can be monitored in CAIMS on the BRAKE
CONTROL SYSTEM DATA PAGE 2 to assist troubleshooting.
2. Examine pilot pedal brake position transducer for damage. Replace as required.

A. If system checks are good, do close out.

B. If fault remains, continue with next step.

3. Perform continuity checks between pins of connectors MT58.

A. If there is no continuity, go to step 5.

B. If there is continuity, continue with next step.

4. Perform wiring checks between pilot pedal brake position transducer (MT58P1) and BCU.

A. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
B. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

5. Replace pilot pedal brake position transducer.

A. If system checks are good, do close out.

B. If fault remains, continue with next step.

6. Perform rigging of the brake system.

A. If system checks are good, do close out.

B. If fault remains, continue with next step.

7. Replace BCU.
8. Do close out.
