From the 6th of September, the following entry restrictions are in place when traveling to Albania:

All travelers above 6 years of age must have one of the following medical certificates:
a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, stating the traveler has been fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks
before arrival
a COVID-19 recovery certificate, issued within 6 months before arrival
a negative COVID-19 antigen rapid test result, issued within 48 hours before arrival
a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, issued within 72 hours before arrival
Note: Nationals of Albania who are also residing in Albania may enter without any of above mentioned
certificate. However, if they enter without any certificate they are subject to a 10 day self-isolation. EN

 Covid-19 Test/Vaccination Requirements - Most travelers require a COVID-19 test or 

vaccination.
Passengers entering or transiting through Albania must have:
- a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least two weeks
before arrival; or
- a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival; or
- a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or
- a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued at most 6 months before arrival.
This does not apply to passengers who are 6 years or younger.
 Health Form/App Requirements - There are no health form requirements for most travelers.
 Quarantine Requirements - There are no quarantine requirements for most travelers.

 Covid-19 Test/Vaccination Requirements - Most travelers require a COVID-19 test or 

vaccination.
Passengers entering or transiting through Germany must have:
- a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival; or
- a negative COVID-19 LAMP, NAAT, PCR, RT-LAMP, RT-PCR or TMA test taken at most 48 hours
before departure from the first embarkation point.
The test result must be in English, French, German, Italian or Spanish.
This does not apply to passengers younger than 6 years.
This does not apply to passengers with a positive COVID-19 LAMP, NAAT, PCR, RT-LAMP, RT-
PCR or TMA test taken at least 28 days and at most 90 days before arrival. They must have not
been in China (People's Rep.) in the past 10 days.
This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate if they in the past 10
days have not been in China (People's Rep.). The certificate must show that they were fully
 vaccinated at least 14 days before departure and must be in in English, French, German, Italian
or Spanish. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), EN
Nuvaxovid (Novavax) and Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty). Passengers who received one dose of

Janssen must also receive a booster dose of Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech
(Comirnaty) at least 14 days before departure.
 Health Form/App Requirements - There are no health form requirements for most travelers.
 Quarantine Requirements - There are no quarantine requirements for most travelers.
 Other - Please check further requirements as they may apply. 

Passports must be signed by the holder.

This does not apply to passengers with a passport that has a fingerprint instead of a signature.
This does not apply to passengers with a passport that has a remark stating that a signature is
not required or that the holder cannot sign the passport.
Further exemptions exist for minors, based on national laws of the issuing country of the
passport.
