Sir,
The humble applicant/complainant
submits as
under:

1. That the above referred complaint is pending

adjudication before this learned court and is fixed for
hearing on 8.2.2022

2. That the
applicant/complainant has engaged Sh.
H.C. Kaushal Advocate as his counsel in the present case

and has disclosed all the material facts of the case to

him and also handed over all the relevant documents of the

case to him.

3. That Sh. H.C. Kaushal has duly prepared the

arguments to be adduced be fore this learned court on the

disclosed to him
date of hearing on the basis of facts

by the applicant.

4. That Sh. H.C. Kaushal1 has been ta ken ill
suddenlly and is suffering from
"PYREXITA OF UNKNOWN
ORIGIN" and the doctor has
advised 7 days rest to him to
regain his health.

H.C. Kausal Advocate is
attached herewith)
5. That in view of this
development, the counsel of
applicant is not able to appear before this learned
court on 8.2.2022 to address the
arguments.
6. That if the case is not adjourned to another
day, the applicant would not be able to
put his argument s
before this learned court and in that
eventuality the
applicant would suffer irreparable lOss and Injury and
grave miscarriage of justice would be caused to hi.
7. That when the counsel of
applicant/complainant
informed the applicant regarding his illness, the
applicant requested him to draft the application for
adjournment of case and submit the same before this
learned court, hence the present application is
being
filed by the applicant through his counsel.
In view of the foregoing submissions, it is,
therefore, humbly prayed that the present case may be
adjourned for minimum two weeks to enable the couns el
of
applicant/complainant t0 regain his health so that he

may appear before this learned court on the next date of

hearing.
