This is to request approval on the conduct of the Integrated Schools Face to face and Virtula
Learning and Development Program Proposal entitled “ Equipping, Capacitating and
Updating the Teachers on Technological Approaches on the New Normal Cum
Program Implementation Review” on September 6-8, 2021 at Dibibi Integrated School.

Rationale DepEd Order No. 12 s. 2021, Amendment to DepEd Order No. 30, s.
2020 and Deped order 29, s. 2021 mandates schools to conduct a
week long In-service training as a preparation in ensuring quality
delivery of learing for quality education. The In-service training
workshop will be an avenue the teachers to address the learning gaps
in order to meet the required essential learning competencies, assess,
make adjustment and plan programs based on the challenges met in
the implementation of the modular delivery mode for school year
2020-2021, making learning manageable and enjoyable for learners.

educational needs of learners in difficult circumstances, including: geographic
isolation; chronic illness; displacement due to armed conflict, urban resettlement or

To: All Elementary and Junior High School Teachers of Cabarroguis Integrated School
1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 12 s. 2021, Amendment to DepEd Order No. 30, s.
2020 and DepEd Order No. 29 s. 2021 which mandates all schools to conduct
preparation to ensure quality basic education amidst the pandemic, the
Integrated Schools of Cabarroguis district will conduct a 3-day inservice
training workshop cum program implementation review.
2. The 3-day face-to-face and Virtual In-service training workshop Cum Program
Implementation Review aims to Equip, Capacitate and Update the Teachers on
Technological Approaches on the New Normal and identify ways forward for the
sustainability of innovations and programs impleted for school year 2020-2021.
It specifically focused on the following :
a. Acquire knowledge and skills in the different on-line modality that
includes DepEd Learnning Management sytem and blended learning
that include the use of two –way radio
b. Provide awareness in propehandling of technology tools in delivering of
instruction in synchronous and asynchronous format
c. Teach emerging technology tools and applications in the delivery of
learning
