PART 2

About what is this chapter?

It’s about the types of leadership, you will find leadership models
based on theresearch of the Polish psychologist Kurt Lewin. His
research classifies leaders into three types: autocraticleadership,
liberal leadership and democratic leadership.

Kurt Lewin
He was a German psychologist
professor at theUniversity of Berlin,
in 1939 he tried to explain how human
behavior changed depending on the
type of leadership, therefore, he led a
research group to discover what the
ideal type of leader was.

Analyzing Lewin's contributions we can understand that

the best leadership model is the democratic model, because
it allows working with a group where all the people work
together to achieve a common goal, in addition there is no
violence or aggressive behavior, in the group there is no
competition between the members of the group, being a
group model allows decisions to be made together and in
thisway everyone decides what is going to be done.
Conclusion

Concluding, for be a leader you

must have certain of feature to
succes, because it's not about
individual work, a leader is focus
on groupal results and is able to
motive their mates even when
the leader are not fisically
present as we could seen in
Lewin's investigation.

Any person can be a leader, if

you prepare propertly and
develop the skills to try well
