The main reason is ease of ordring(i)don't want to travel ii)don't want to make any decision in

He is satisfied with the current Amazefit smart watch because feature are as per expectation.

He can change smart watch in the interval of 1.5 to 2 year.
Looks of watch doesn't matter much for him but bit care about fitness features and more

watches looks kinda cool

measurements, smart concept of calling and messaging feature.
All kinds of discounts, seasons sales influenced his buying decision to a great extend.
He also conducted market survey before buying as he wanted the product should have ease of
features and even consulted his family members as there are many smart watch users in her
family.
Finally he bought his watch from ECom site - Amazon due to good discount and value for
money.
However after using for some time he found the user interferance to be bit challenging or
complex.

Shortlisted two smart watches Noise & Fire Bolt brand & then finalized Noise brand to
purchase on his next birthday as he asked from his father to gift the same.
He also interested to buy the same from online store becaues its easy & during this pendamic
do not want to go exclusive stores to buy.
