 Overview - set up PC OnDemand securely
You can set up PC OnDemand in a few easy steps!

1 Register PingID
• To log in securely, you will use PingID to verify your identity before each session, similar to using an RSA token.

• You can complete the authentication in two ways: via the PingID application or via a phone call.

• To set up your PingID authentication through the mobile application or through a phone call, please follow
the steps on the next 2 pages.

2 Set up and log in to PC OnDemand on your device

• After you have completed PingID registration, you can set up PC OnDemand on your chosen devices: Windows
(7 or10 versions), Mac (OS X 10.11 or later), Android (10 or later)* and iOS mobile devices (14 or later).

• To set up PC OnDemand on your device for the first time follow the steps here.

*Please Note: PC OnDemand use is currently prohibited on Android devices in the USA.
 Registering PingID via PingID application

On your Android or iOS device, install the Ping ID app from Provide a nickname for your PingID profile and
