General Notes

i. The tenderers are required to visit the site in order to ascertain the existing
condition of the proposed project prior to submit their respective quotation. Any
hindrance or obstruction on site shall be taken into consideration by the
tenderers accordingly during the site visit and no claim shall be entertained for
failure to comply with this requirement.

ii. The contractor’s are obliged to protect and maintaining existing common
access, walkaway, structure, finishes, furniture, turfing and etc. The contractor
are responsible to make good/reinstate/replace on any damages occur resulting
from the negligence of the contractor during the execution of this contract to
WGSB satisfaction.
iii. The contractor's are required to submit the "method statement" on items
required by WGSB as listed in the schedule of works below.

i) To supply and apply epoxy colid coating (grey color) on the top of concrete and
pond
ii) To remove the existing epoxy coating c/w necersary work

2.0 Pond 2 repairing works sq.ft 1,456 8.00 11,648.00

pond
ii) To remove the existing epoxy coating c/w necersary work

3.0 Warranty
