We all know the importance of both primary and secondary sources, but what exactly is the
difference between the two? You can quickly see the differences between the two based on the
comparison chart. A primary source is an eyewitness account at the time it was written, first-hand
knowledge from a person who participated in an event, or simply an original work. The primary
sources are essential to history; without them, we would have no basis for learning. Secondary
sources, on the other hand, are records or events that interpret and analyze prior occurrences.
These resources will assist you in comprehending what has been provided.
