healthcare, of which, 11 years’ experience in patient-facing care in an employee-based healthcare

Current Account Executive managing total Book of Business with ACV of nearly 11 million dollars.
Harbored the relationship between Marathon Health and our clients to increase engagement of
services. Successfully reopened four health centers following closure due to COVID-19. Became
efficient in Salesforce, Excel, Adobe Pro, Tableau Reporting and Seismic systems. Negotiates deals
between Marathon Health and Benefit Brokers and often selling services like Behavioral Health as
add-on benefits. Attended leadership training as well as training to build upon professional and
business skills. Reviewed and studied contracts, wrote amendments and presented in finalist
presentations regularly.

Manage inventory and ordering of laboratory, medical and office supplies. Preceptor for incoming
staff and externing students. Monthly inventory of on-site dispensary. Assist patients in
completing incentivized wellness programs based on client requirements. Educate patients on
common medical problems and lab results. Assist physicians and other providers in small surgical
procedures. Phlebotomy and injections. Process claims and collect copays.

to patients on these top 100 generic medications. Answer patient phone calls and questions.
Participated in group of three that developed a customized weight loss challenge for our client
based on body weight percentage that was later implemented company wide.

Ensured children/students in Head Start program were up to date on immunizations and regular
health screenings such as height, weight, vision in which I performed while children were at class

optometrists. Assisted partner organizations in the community to organize and host a Community
Baby Shower for low-income expecting mothers.
