GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. Use Letter size or 8.5" x 11" bond paper for your narrative report.
2. Follow the title page above and make this as the first page of your narrative
report followed by your Table of Contents.
3. Margins must be 1.25" left and 1.0" top, right, and bottom. The same for all
succeeding pages.
4. Use Arial 12 font for all text.
5. Use 1.25 line spacing in between sentences and double spacing in between
paragraphs. There are two double spaces in between each content groupings.
6. Do not include the texts written in red ink; those are just guides.
7. Convert your file to PDF and name it as “YOURLASTNAME_NSTP2021”.
8. Submit your final output to our Google Classroom.
