AFFIDAVIT
I, FLORA L. VILLAROSA, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of
Poblacion, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

That I am the registered owner of FLV PRIVATE EMISSION TESTING

CENTER located at 96 Mirasol, San Roque, Cubao Quezon City;

That DELTA MOTOR SALES CORPORATION owned the land where my

business was located at 96 Mirasol, San Roque, Cubao Quezon City;

That there is a mutual agreement between DELTA MOTOR SALES

CORPORATION and FLV PRIVATE EMISSION TESTING CENTER to allow us
to use a portion of their land for my business and the monthly rental is based on
the monthly share of income.

That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
