GENERALIZATION
• Today I learned about the value of optimizing health through participation in physical
activities, the moderate activities and vigorous activities, and the importance of
physical activity.
• I realized that having a sedentary or inactive lifestyle is considered a high-risk factor in
the development of many noncommunicable diseases that is why we need to be
always physically active in our lifestyle.
• Therefore, I will follow those steps to become physically healthy and have an active
lifestyle.
