I. BRIEF INTRODUCTION :

“The children are the live images of almighty”

- says the Sanatana Hindu Dharma

Many children from the bottom strata of the society, affected with congenital heart
problems are not able to receive proper Medicare presently due to non-availability of
quality hospitals. Keeping this in view, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) the custodian
of world famous Hills Shine of Lord Venkateswara, presently running several hospitals for
the benefit of the needy, envisaged to establish Super Speciality Paediatric Hospital at
Tirupati to provide exclusive health care for the children suffering from heart deceases,
congenital heart disorders and other health complications.

With view to provide best of the medical facilities to the affected children, it is proposed to
establish state-of-the-art Super Speciality Paediatric Hospital on a sprawling 5-acre land in
Tirupati. TTD seeking donation for this noble cause so as to give new lease of life to the
children from neonatal stage to 18 years of age.

The main objective of Children Hospital is to treat, train and rehabilitate thousands of
children affected every year with congenital Heart disorders, problems pertaining to
Nephrology[Kidney], Ophthalmology[eye], Gastroenterology, GI tract Neurology, Paediatric
endocrinology, Neonatology, Oncology, paediatric Rheumatology and Immunology.

TTD appeal to philanthropists, philanthropic organisations to extend their support for this
noble cause by generous donations to establish the said Children Hospital for the service of
poor and needy.

As a token appreciation for kind and generous donation, TTD has decided to offer
Udayasthamana Sarva Seva Endowment Scheme [USSES] tickets to the donors who will
come forward to donate Rs.[1] crore and above to S V Pranadana Trust.

II. DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING DONATION:

Please keep the following documents while making the donation to avoid last
minute rush :

 For Individual Donor:

*Mandatory :
PAN Card

*Identity Proof :
Aadhaar Card (or) Passport (or) Voter ID (or) Driving License

 For Institutions :

*Mandatory :
PAN / TAN Card
*Authorized Persons ID Proof :
Aadhaar Card (or) Passport (or) Voter ID (or) Driving License

III. Mode of Payment:

After providing the required details in the portal for registration, the donors can
complete the donation using following payment modes :

 Online mode:

 Online Payment Gateway provisioned with State Bank of India and HDFC
Bank to make donation of 1.00 Crore and 1.50 Crores using Credit Card
(or) Net Banking (both Retail and Corporate).

 The donors shall ensure the credit limit / transaction limits with their
service providing banks.

 After successful completion of donation amount using online payment

gateway, the donors will be provided with Donation Receipt with 80G
exception and Appreciation Certificate.

 Offline Payment mode:

 The offline mode is also enabled to the donors considering the transaction
amounts and to provide all available payment options to donors. However,
the donor shall make Rs.5.00 lakh as a token of advance using online
payment gateway.

 The Donors needed to select the NEFT / RTGS option to proceed with
offline donation.

 On successful online payment of Rs.5.00 lakhs, the users will be provided

with TTD Account details to make the balance payment through NEFT /
RTGS.

 The donors can make balance payment via NEFT / RTGS from any of the
Banks duly following the processes and procedures at your bank.

 After successful payment of balance amount of Rs.95.00 lakhs (or) Rs.145

lakhs through NEFT / RTGS, the donor shall re-login into TTD online portal
with the same mobile number used for the Donation and submit the
payment details mentioned in the online portal along with the UTR
number and also upload the scanned copy of NEFT / RTGS receipt.

 TTD will verify the payment details submitted by the Donor with Bank
statement and confirmation of receipt of payment will be notified through
SMS and email. The same can also be viewed from the booking history of
the portal.

 In case of non-payment of balance amount within 72 Hrs, the advance

payment of Rs.5.00 lakhs is non-refundable.

IV. PRIVELEGES FOR DONORS :

 The admission for the USSES seva is restricted to 6 (six) members including
donor. The donors are allowed for the following sevas on the date/day
allotted.

Suprabatham, Thomala, Archana, Astadala

Tuesday to padapadmaradhana [Tuesday], Thiruppavada seva
Thursday [Thursday], Kalyanotsavam, Dolotsavam, Arjitha
Brahmotsavam, and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva.
Suprabatham, Abhishekam, Thomala, Kalyanotsavam,
Friday Dolotsavam, Arjitha Brahmotsavam and Sahasra
Deepalankara Seva.
Saturday, Sunday & Suprabatham, Thomala, Kalyanotsavam, Dolotsavam,
Monday Arjitha Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva.

V. ALLOTMENT RULES :

The allotment of Udayasthamana Sarva Seva Endowment Scheme [USSES] is a

token of appreciation of generous amount deposited by the donor. TTD at its
option offer to the donor a udayasthamana seva as a privilege as per the scheme
rules enumerated as below:

1. The Donor who donates Rs. [1] one crore is entitled to avail USSES privileges on
Sunday/ Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday/Saturday and who donates
Rs.1.50 crore are entitled to avail privileges of USSES only on Fridays.
2. Allotment is restricted to only [1] one ticket per donor either individual or
company and the allotment process will be first came first served basis through
online portal.
3. The validity of USSES for individuals is 25 years or life time of the donor
whichever is earlier.
4. The validity of USSES for Companies/firms is 20 years or till the Company/firm
ceases whichever is earlier.
5. The donor who donates Rs.1.00 crore can choose date from the available list and
donor will be permitted to avail the privileges every year on the same date.In any
case, if the seva date falls on Friday for the donors who donated Rs.1.00 Crore,
seva performance date will be automatically changed to the next day i.e.
Saturday for that particular year without intimation.

6. The donor who donates Rs.1.50 crore can choose available day from the list and
the same day donor will be permitted to avail the privileges every year.
7. The Donors must be Indian Nationals and the Donations are accepted in Indian
currency only. Foreign currencies will not be accepted.
8. Donated amount is neither refundable nor transferrable under any
circumstances.
9. All the bookings are final. Change of date is not allowed once allotted.
10. The USSES ticket is not transferrable. Proxies are not allowed to redeem the
privilege.
11. The admission for the seva is restricted to 6 (six) members including donor. The
donors are allowed for the following sevas on the date/day allotted.

Suprabatham, Thomala, Archana, Astadala

padapadmaradhana [Tuesday], Thiruppavada seva
Tuesday to Thursday
[Thursday], Kalyanotsavam, Dolotsavam, Arjitha
Brahmotsavam, and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva.
Suprabatham, Abhishekam, Thomala,
Friday Kalyanotsavam, Dolotsavam, Arjitha Brahmotsavam
and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva.
Suprabatham, Thomala, Kalyanotsavam, Dolotsavam,
Saturday, Sunday &

Seva.

12. In future, for any reason or under any circumstances, if any of the arjitha seva is
cancelled or made Ekantham permanently, Donor has no right to challenge the
same and he cannot demand to participate in the seva which is going to be
performed in Ekantham.
13. TTD reserves the right to postpone/prepone/cancel/convert the arjitha sevas
under extraordinary circumstances. For example, due to the COVID-19
restrictions imposed by the Government, the Udayasthamana Seva holders are
allowed for Break Darshan instead of arjitha sevas.
14. One pattu Sariga Duppatta, Blouse Piece, 25 small laddus, [1] Big laddu, [5] Vada
and Medallion (One time only) will be given every year on the day of seva. The
donors can collect the said Prasadams/Bahumanam at the designated counters
in Tirumala.
15. Privileges are applicable only for the same calendar year and will not carry
forward to the next year.
16. The USSES seva donor has provision to change the accompanying members list
between 80 to 60 days prior to commencement of his/her seva date every year.
Otherwise the actual members registered at the time of registration will be
allowed for participation in the seva in that particular year.
17. The donor shall upload his/her life certificate every year before participation in
the seva.

 18. For any reason, if the donor is unable to attend the USSES on the fixed date of
that particular year, actual members nominated by the donor at the time of
registration will be allowed for seva/ darshan on submission of authorization
letter from the donor.
19. In respect of individual donors, the donor has to provide certain details i.e.
Name of the Donor/Aaddhaar card no. /Pan card no. /Mobile no. /Date of
birth/Email Id at the time of registration. On successful registration, a link will be
sent to donor’s registered mail ID to complete online registration process to avail
privileges.
20. USSES Donor are provided one-time privilege to Add/delete/change the names
of the accompanying members during his entire Term.
21. In respect of companies/firms/Trusts the authorized person has to provide
certain details i.e. companies/Firms registration number, TAN no., authorised
person signature, Email Id at the time of registration. On successful registration,
a link will be sent to registered mail ID to complete the registration process to
avail the privileges.
22. The authorised person is permitted to provide a maximum of six persons to avail
the privilege. He/she has to register the names of the members attending for the
seva/ Darshan up to one day in advance in the online portal and they will be
allowed for darshan/sevas duly verifying the original ID proof along with
authorisation letter from the company/firm.
23. Carrying of original photo identity proof of the Donor and other accompanying
members at the time of entry towards performance of seva/ Darshan is
mandatory. Without online receipt and photo ID proofs gruhastha will not be
allowed to perform the seva/Darshan.
24. Postponement /Preponement will not be entertained in normal course. In some
exceptional cases in the event of necessity postpone/prepone request received
from the Donor will be considered by TTD. If there are valid reasons, subject to
payment of prepone/postpone charges.
25. If the sevas are made Ekantham on any day due to special occasions/festivals in
the Temple, the Donors will be allowed to postpone their seva date on free of
cost.
26. Donations will not be accepted in the name of Minor.
27. The TTD reserves the right to revise/modify terms and conditions from time to
time without assigning any reasons thereof.
28. The allotment of Udayasthamana seva [USSES] offered by the TTD at its option, is
a token of appreciation of generous amount given by the donor and hence
cannot be legally demanded. Further non observance of or lesser performance or
non-performance or providing any or all of the above privilege to donor, can
never be constructed as deficiency in service by TTD and can never be
questioned by the donor in any courts of law.
29. The donors are eligible to get Income Tax Exemption under Section 80Gof
Income Tax Act, 1961.
