AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

I, JOSEPHINE LAWINGCO GUMABON, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and with

residence at Purok 7, Exportville, Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City, after being sworn in accordance
with law, depose and state that:

1. I am the biological mother of Gladymer Joseph Lawingco Gumabon

(hereafter "Gladymer");

2. The date of my marriage with my husband Gonzalo D. Gumabon, biological

father of Gladymer, was erroneously written as 30 June 1980 as appearing in
Gladymer's birth certificate;

3. The true date of our wedding is 23 June 1980 as appearing in our Marriage
Certificate;

4. I am executing this Affidavit of Discrepancy in order to attest to the truth of

the foregoing facts and to explain the discrepancy in the date of my marriage
that was erroneously written in Gladymer's birth certificate.
