Greetings in the name of St. Michael the Archangel!

In this Year of the Youth, the Vicariate of St. Michael the Archangel aims to unite and build a
strong foundation for the youth across the Vicariate. In this modern era, redirecting youths’
passion and competence in the service of church is very essential in able to continuously develop
their spiritual consciousness and relation to the church. Hence, the Vicarial Youth Coordinating
Council of St. Michael the Archangel organized a Youth Gathering that will be held on June 29,
2019, Saturday, from 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Since we find your school accessible and a good avenue to majority of the attendees, the
undersigned would like to humbly ask permission from your good office to allow us use the
School Auditorium and School Gymnasium as the venue for the said event on the following
dates:

Gymnasium

With your support, we hope a great number will sign up and come for this gathering, which we
hope to be an occasion for young people to encounter God’s love, to be empowered as His
servants, and to share their giftedness to the church and society.

Rest assured that the venues requested will be utilized with utmost care during the
abovementioned dates.
