PROCUREMENT PROJECT FINANCING

We fund procurement projects through profit-sharing arrange-


ments with partners that already have Purchase Orders from
private enterprises and government agencies.

Feas Capital's investment will be utilized by partners as working


capital for things like purchasing raw materials, logistics, and other
operational costs.

GROWTH EQUITY

We invest in companies that have high growth potential in the


long term and need capital assistance for business development.

The management of companies that fall into the classification of


the Growth Equity strategy will be assisted by FeasCap partners to
make a long-term plan for the company as well as the execution
and monitoring of the plan.

The company will also be resold through an IPO scheme or sold to


a strategic buyer if the growth rate has slowed down when the
company is in the maturity phase.

INVESTMENT PROCESS IN FEAS CAPITAL

Listed below are some investment provisions as well as


the flow of investment funds.

A minimum initial investment of IDR 350,000,000 is required.

Investors will open an account in the name of PT. Feas Global Kapital and will have
access to account statement reports. This account functions as a holding account.

Investors and PT. Feas Global Kapital will sign an agreement for the transfer of funds
to an escrow account (Legality of the first form – escrow account) 

If an investment opportunity exists, PT. Feas Global Kapital will provide information
about the investment opportunity and its returns.

If approved, the investor will sign an investment agreement and funds will be set
aside in the same account for the project (second legal form – investment agree-
ment).

If the investor decides not to invest in the opportunity, he or she may not invest in the
same partner or opportunity without the approval of PT. Feas Global Capital.

One account will be opened in the name of PT. Feas Global Capital for one investor.
Investors have the right to monthly reports as well as special financial reports for their
investment funds.

Investors can withdraw funds based on their uninvested cash position and must pro-
vide a written withdrawal letter to PT. Feas Global Capital at least 30 days prior to
withdrawal.

If a business fails and material losses occur, PT. Feas Global Kapital will not be held
liable unless there is fraud in the investment process.

PT. Feas Global Kapital receives a management fee of 25% of the net profit of each
investment, which is only paid when the investment period is complete
and profitable.
