Respected Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform you that my name is Dr. Dinesh Kumar and I hold a Current account
and Cash Credit Account in your branch. My Current account number is
955820110000153 and Cash Credit Account Number is 955830110000218
I am writing this to bring into your concern that on 25/01/2022 ,a transaction of
1,60,000 (One Lac Sixty Thousand Rupees Only ) was done by me through my Cash
Credit Account having transaction ID IMPSIB/202511831688/HPCL Retail SBU. This
transaction was carried out by me in IMPS online form and it has been Successful
From My End but the Receiver has not received the Amount Yet and also I had not
received it back in my Account .

I request you to Kindly, look into the matter and guide me through the best possible
solution to this problem. I shall be highly obliged for your kind support.
