َّمث َُل ٱلْ َج َّن ِة ٱلَّ ِتى ُو ِع َد ٱلْ ُم َّتقُونَ ۖ ِفي َهآ أَنْ َه ٰـ ٌر ِّمن َّمآ ٍء َغ ْ ِي َء ِاس ٍن َوأَنْ َه ٰـ ٌر
َي طَ ْع ُم ُهۥ َوأَنْ َه ٰـ ٌر ِّم ْن َخ ْم ٍر لَّ َّذ ٍة لِّلشَّ ٰـ ِر ِب َني َوأَنْ َه ٰـ ٌر ِّم ْن

َع َس ٍل ُّم َصفًّى ۖ َولَ ُه ْم ِفي َها ِمن ك ُِّل ٱل َّث َم َٰر ِت َو َم ْغ ِف َر ٌة ِّمن َّربِّه ِْم
Where do you see yourself
“The description of Paradise promised to the righteous is on the Day of Judgment?
that in it are rivers of fresh water, rivers of milk that never
change in taste, rivers of wine delicious to drink, and
rivers of pure honey. There they will have all kinds of fruit,
and forgiveness from their Lord.”

َي ْع ِق ُد الشَّ ْيطَانُ َع َل َقا ِف َي ِة َرأْ ِس أَ َح ِدك ُْم إِ َذا ُه َو نَا َم �ث َ َل َث ُع َق ٍد Remember Allah
َظ َف َذكَ َر َ َفإِنِ ْاس َت ْيق. َعلَ ْي َك لَ ْي ٌل طَو ٌِيل َفا ْر ُق ْد:ض ُب َع َل ك ُِّل ُعق َْد ٍة ِ ْ َي Make wudu
الل ََّه انْ َحل َّْت ُعق َْد ٌة َفإِنْ تَ َوضَّ أَ انْ َحل َّْت ُعق َْد ٌة َفإِنْ َص َّل انْ َحل َّْت ُعق َْد ٌة Pray
َفأَ ْص َب َح ن َِشيطًا طيب ال َّنفس َوإِ َّل أصبح َخبِيث ال َّنفس كسالنا
The Prophet ﷺsaid,
“When any one of you sleeps, Satan ties three knots at the back
of his neck. He recites this incantation at every knot: ‘You have
a long night, so sleep.’ If he awakes and remembers Allah, one Reflection:
knot is loosened. If he performs wudu, the [second] knot is How do you feel today? How did remembering Allah
loosened; and if he performs prayer, [all] knots are loosened. at the start of your day make you feel more energized?
He begins his morning in a happy and refreshed mood;
otherwise, he gets up in bad spirits and a sluggish state.”

ُه َو ٱلَّ ِذى َج َع َل لَك ُُم ٱلَّ ْي َل لِ َت ْسكُ ُنو ۟ا ِفي ِه َوٱل َّن َها َر Recite Surah al-Mulk
Recite Surahs al-Ikhlas, al-Falaq, and al-Nas, three times each
َصا ۚ إِنَّ ِف َٰذلِ َك لَ َٔـا َي ٰـ ٍت لِّ َق ْو ٍم َي ْس َم ُعون
ً ِ ُم ْب Recite du’a (see page #14)
“He is the One Who has made the night for you
to rest in and the day bright. Surely these are
signs for people who listen.”
