(A) To be done at district Level using Portal

1. Receive the Oxygen Concentrator in District Stock.

2. Do allocation of the OC for Health Centres (PHC/CHC/HWC) as per instruction.
3. Dispatch the OCs to the Health Centre as per allocation.(Here You will need the name of the
Driver,Vehicle No. , Mobile No. Of Driver,Dispatch Number etc.)

(B) To be done at CHC/PHC/HWC (END POINT) USING OxyCare app

1. Download the OxyCare app from google play store.
2. Only CHC/PHC/HWC user with correct phone number entered by district authority will be able
to use this app for receiving / installation/functional report.
3. After installing the app user will be verified by receiving OTP.
4. Now scan the QR Code on the machine and receive and if the sl. No. matches the u can receive
it. However if there mismatch between the QR Sl, No. and the Sl No. on the body of the
OC ,please Contact 0000000 or/oooooo
5. Install the OC from the App
6. Report Functional from the APP.
