Live Life
Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have, or sleep all you want.
When you say, "I'm sorry", look the person in the eye.
Never laugh at anyone's dreams, because people who don't have dreams don't have
much.
Share your smile with everyone, but save your kiss for only one.
Forget the troubles that passed away. Remember the blessings that come each day.
Immature love says: ‘I love you’ because ‘I need you’. Mature love says: ‘I need you’
because ‘I love you’.
When someone asks you a question you don't want to answer, smile and ask," Why do
you want to know?"
Remember that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
Don't marry someone you can live with, marry the person who you cannot live
without.
Remember the three R's: Respect for self; Respect for others; Responsibility for all
your actions.
When you realize you've made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice.
Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills
will be as important as any other.
Remember, regardless of how hot & steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades
and there had better be something else to take its place.
Be cheerful. The problems that worry us most are those that never arrive.
Live a good and honourable life. Then when you get older and think back, you'll get
to enjoy it a second time.
Live every day of your life as though you expect to live forever!
A loving atmosphere in your home is so important. Do all you can to create a tranquil
harmonious home?
In disagreements with loved ones, deal with the current situation. Don't bring up the
past.
Don't trust a man/woman who doesn't close their eyes when you kiss them.
If you make a lot of money, put it to use helping others while you are living. That is
wealth's greatest satisfaction.
Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a stroke of luck.
Remember that the best relationship is one where your love for each other is greater
than your need for each other.
`Judge your success by what you had to give up in order getting it.
You've got to dance like nobody's watching and love like it's never going to hurt.
The world is filled with beauty when your heart is filled with love!
Be brave. Even if you're not, pretend to be. No one can tell the difference.
Play fair.
Live a balanced life - learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and
dance and play and work every day some.
Take a nap every afternoon.
When you go out in the world, watch out for traffic, hold hands and stick together.
Be aware of wonder. Remember the little seed in the Styrofoam cup: the roots go
down and the plant goes up and nobody really knows how or why, but we are all like
that.
Goldfish and hamsters and white mice and even the little seed in the Styrofoam cup -
they all die. So do us.
And then remember the Dick-and-Jane books and the first word you learned, the
biggest word of all - LOOK!
WHAT I’VE LEARNED FROM MY LIFE:-
I've learned that no matter how much I care, some people just don't care back.
I've learned that no matter how good a person is, they're going to hurt you every once
in a while, and you must forgive them for that.
I've learned that money is a lousy way of keeping score.
I've learned that talking can ease emotional pains.
I've learned that it takes years to build up trust, and only seconds to destroy it.
I've learned that true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance.
I've learned that you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for
life.
I've learned that it's not WHAT you have in your life, but WHO you have in your life.
I've learned that good friends are family members that we are allowed to choose.
I've learned that we don't have to change friends if we understand that friends change.
I've learned that you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the
last time you see them.
I've learned that our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are,
but we are responsible for ourselves.
I've learned that you shouldn't compare yourself to the best others can do, but to the
best you can do.
I've learned that no matter how thin you slice it, there are always two sides
I've learned that it takes a long time to become the person I want to be.
I've learned that it's a lot easier to react than it is to think.
I've learned that you can keep going long after you think you cannot.
I've learned that either you control your attitude, or it controls you.
I've learned that heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be
done, regardless of the consequences.
I've learned that patience takes a whole lot of practice.
I've learned that there are people who love you dearly, but just don't know how to
show it.
I've learned that sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down will
be the ones to help you get back up.
I've learned that there are more of my parents in me that I thought.
I've learned that when I'm angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me
the right to be cruel.
I've learned that just because someone doesn't love you the way you want him/her to
do mean he/she doesn't love you with all he/she has.
I've learned that maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had
and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've
celebrated.
I've learned that you should never tell a child their dreams are unlikely or outlandish.
Few things are more humiliating, and what a tragedy it would be if they believed it.
I've learned that it isn't enough to be forgiven by someone else. Sometimes you have
to learn to forgive yourself.
I've learned that no matter how bad your heart is broken, the world doesn't stop for
your grief.
Maybe we are supposed to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one, so
that when we finally do meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for
that gift.
When the door of happiness closes, another opens, but oftentimes we look so long at
the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us.
The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a
word, and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you've ever had.
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we
don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back! Don't
expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart, but if it doesn't, be content
it grew in yours.
It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day
to love someone, but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go
for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day
seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile.
Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be,
because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you wants to do.
Always put yourself in others' shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts the
other person, too.
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make
the most of everything that comes along their way.
The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past. You can't go on well in
life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.
Love begins with a smile, grows with a kiss and ends with a tear.
There are moments in life when you miss someone so much that you want to pick
them from your dreams and hug them for real!
Happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those
who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have
touched their lives.
May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you
strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough hope to make you happy.
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling. Live
your life so that when you die, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you
is crying.
I love you not because of who you are, but because of who I am when I am with you.
No man or woman is worth your tears, and the one who is, won't make you cry.
The absolute worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside them knowing
you can't have them.
Never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is falling in love
with your smile.
To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.
Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened.
You can't trust your dog to watch your food.
Never hold a dust buster and a cat at the same time!
You can't hide a piece of broccoli in a glass of milk!
Don't waste your time on a man/woman, who isn't willing to waste their time on you.
There's always going to be people that hurt you, so what you have to do is keep on
trusting and just be more careful about who you trust the next time around.

middle we became the best of friends. ~Author Unknown

When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most to us, we
often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have
chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand.
The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can

curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend
who cares. ~Henri Nouwen

one chemical atom meets another. ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
