Attendance needs to be reported at the beginning of practice to commissioner and entered on each
team's page after practice by the webmaster

(required: posted on same day or 1 day after practice/game)

PRACTICE DAYS:

 Practice Content: Add practice plan and additional comment (reflection) by

Coach/Teacher before start of practice

 Awards: Vote and report "Best effort" and "Best teammate" awards by Scorekeeper/statistician

 Media: Add team practice pictures (as approved by team members) by Media

 ! ! ! Member Evidence: Post tangible evidence of role responsibilities and tasks done that day by
each Team Member (ask Media in advance to take pictures if needed)

BEFORE GAME DAY:

 Half-time contests: Rules and participants posted at least one day prior to the game by event
planner

GAME DAY:

 Awards: Vote and report "Game MVP", "Offensive" and "Defensive" awards by
Scorekeeper/statistician

 Game Reports: Add game report and highlights (text, audio, video) by Media

 Stats: Add game stats by Scorekeeper/statistician

 Half-time contests: results posted by event planner

 Media: Add team game pictures (as approved by team members) by Media

 Member Evidence: Post tangible evidence of role responsibilities and tasks done that day by
each Team Member
