I am a student of Valley View University offering management studies in the school of business
with ID No. 218BG01004949. I completed my program of study last semester and I am awaiting
graduation hopefully come 12th December, 2021.

Dear Madam, I wish to request for change of my citizenship grade for last semester. The grade F
is showing on my transcript. I inquired from my hall about it and I was told that I was given that
grade because I was not present throughout last semester’s week of spiritual emphasis.

Please I attended last semester’s Week of Spiritual Emphasis for a day. During that week, my
baby felt sick and I had to stay home and take care of him. Please my absence for some days
during the program was not deliberate.

I therefore plead for your leniency and request that my citizenship grade be changed to a passing
grade.
