(a) No student, receiving any University Scholarship shall accepe any other scholarship or financial assistance, other than treeshig, fom any’ other soneee we ae (b) In case a scholar accepts any other scholarship of financial assistance from } any other source, the amount received for the University Scholarship shall be ’ refunded by him/her to the University from the date he/she accepts any other i) scholarship or financia! assistance, i (©) Vea student become entitled to a scholarship on the bar's af the result of ar examination, bur is not awarded or does noe accept the scholarship. such scholarship may be te-awarded. (2 If the last candidate eligible for the scholarship is bracketed with some other candidate(s), all the bracketed candidates will be selected for che scholarship, provided their number does not exceed thres. If the eumper of bracketed exceed three, none of them will be selected. 2. The scholarships are open only 10 persons who have passed the B.A. (H) o= B.Sc. 2) or B.Com (H) © LLB. (Three year course) examination of 2 recognized Indian Universi in the year in which the scholarship are awardee, and have obtained a first class in the examination, 3. ‘The scholarships shali be awarded by the Academic Council on the vecommendations of the Selection Committee appointed by it 4. If ir should appear at any time that a scholar has failed 10 make satisfictory progress or hus been found guilty of gross misconduct or has been very irregular in attendance, he/she shall after due warning in writing, be reported by the Principal/Head of his college/Department to the Academic Counci} wha may reduce, suspend or withdraw his/her scholarship.
