I. OBJECTIVE AND AIM OF THE PROGRAM
a. To expose the students of Law College Dehradun to the nuances of the court
system in India and offer hands-on experience and training in doing cutting-edge
research, presenting ground-breaking arguments (written and oral), and contribute
towards the development of jurisprudence in the relevant field of law.

b. To offer eligibility, through participation in the Program, for External Moot Court
and Trial Advocacy Competitions (i.e., National and International).

c. Mooting is an excellent skill to learn, and it will assist you to think and analyse
the law in the style of an advocate-looking for loose threads, analysing legal logic
and articulating your arguments in a sensible and effective manner; REAP is
structured to help you strengthen these legal skills.

II. INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM

• This year’s REAP has been divided into two categories so that students who have
stage fright and are not good at speaking or have a language problem can also take
part in this activity so that they can be groomed. This activity will also give
students who are research-oriented a fair chance to hone their skills. With this, we
aim to create a pool of mooters who can be sent out to National and International
Competitions.
• The mode of program will be held in hybrid mode.

III. ELIGIBILITY
All the bonafide understudies of the first and second year of Law College Dehradun
