Industrial visit was carried out as Satyendra

packaging LTD. The main behind the visit was to
make student aware about how various activities
related to marketing, financing and human resource
are carried out in the company.
I along with 50 students left for visit at 12:00 p.m
and took about half an hour to cover the distance.
The factory is located in Gopalpura in Anand city.
As soon as we reached the factory we were guided
by production manager were all production, raw
material, processing steps, basic knowledge about
their production.
It was great to know that company follows principal
of equality among all the level of employees in
company because of which they have same dress
code and same canteen right from higher level
managerial team to lower level workers.

After introduction all students were divided in four groups of 50 students and

were headed by one manager of company who helped them to understand

how production is carried out in company and how company reach their

customer.
Maximum production in company is carried out by means of machinery

subdivide in various activities like inception of raw material, mixing process,

covering the production and then converting it into finished goods. Finished

goods are packed and are sealed where production batch no is embossed for

its future verification required.

We took almost an hour to see complete set of production which was followed

by questions of students. I appreciate staff member who guided students with

each and every question with detailed answers.

It is rightly said that (See and know) is better than (read and learn).

Students have got real feel of factory and gain the real knowledge about the

enterprise

1 Block Bottom Valve Bags

Block Bottom Valve Bags combine
minimum usage with highest mechanical
& humidity resistance for nearly zero
material losses in the transport process.
Mostly it is used in Cement industry.
2. PP woven Sacks/Bags
* Laminated/ Unlamented
PP Woven Sacks/Bags (Laminated with
LD film) are made from PP fabric as per
the given specifications (weight, size
etc.). The PP fabric which uses to make
it, can be laminated or unlamented.
Mostly it is made with white colour It is
used for various commodities,
Fertilizers, Cattle feed etc.

3. FIBC / Big Bag (Flexible

Intermediate Bulk Container)
*Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container or
Big Bag is an Industrial continer are
made of Polyproplene flexible Material
that is designed for storing and
transporting dry, flowable products,
such as sand, fertilizer, and granules of
plastic. FIBCs are most often made of
thick woven polyethylene or
polypropylene, either coated or
uncoated, and normally measure around
110 cm or 45–48 inches in diameter and
varies in height from 100 cm up to 200
cm (39 to 79 inches).Transporting and
loading is done on either pallets or by
lifting it from the loops.

4. Multi Colour
Printed BOPP Bag
*Regular Bag
Multi Colour Printed BOPP film
laminates on single or both side of the
tube form fabric. It is used to pack
mostly 25kg, 30kg and 50kg inside it. Can
make Glossy/Matte finish, with/without
Gusset and with/without Liner. Can also
make LD Dry laminated, Aluminium foil
(Metalized) laminated, Printed Polyester
film laminated with the concept of Easy
Open and Back Seam (Tubular). Mostly it
is used for commodities like all type of
Pulses, Wheat, Rice etc.

5. Flexible Multi
Layers Pouch
*Multi layers pouch is made by
lamination process of Printed Polyester
film and LD Poly with Top and Centre
Seal. The LD Poly can be Natural
(Transparent) or White (Opaque) as per
the requirement. It is widely used for all
type of food grains for filling 250g, 500g,
1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 10kg inside it.

6. Leno Bags
*Our expertise lies in offering Leno Bags
that are precision manufactured using
quality raw material which provides in it
high usage value. Mostly it is used for
storage of vegetables like Onion, Potato
etc.

7. Jute Bags
*We can provide the wide assortment of
Hessian and Jute products like Natural
jute Cloth bags, White Bleach laminated
jute bags, DWT Canvas jute bags etc.
Mostly it is used for packing of food
products, promotional utility and gift
products.
