❑Food is the first basic human need and
fundamental right of every human being,
having constitutional guarantees in almost all
countries. That’s why the UNO recognized the
Right to Food in the Declaration of Human
Rights in 1948, vital for the enjoyment of all
other rights.

EXIST?
❑Food security exists when all people, at all
times, have physical, social and economic
access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food
which meets their dietary needs and food
preferences for an active and health life (Food
and Agriculture Organization, United Nations,
2017).
