CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

After bearing in mind the significant factors in the study that we conducted such factors like the
marketing, financial, technical and management and socioeconomic study. It is therefore
recommended that Kape De Prutas bakery will be pursued and the business establishes would
be located in a commercial space along 52 M.H Del Pilar Street Tagoloan, in front of belle store.
And 500 meters away from Tagoloan plaza and 200 meters away from the school of Tagoloan
Community College.. Further studies on ensuring consistency in taste and production efficiency
is also recommended, including time and motion studies. Kape De Prutas will also benefit in
developing its own distinct product line and introducing a signature taste on some of its
beverage.

Conclusion

Based on the research and study that we conducted, Results of the projected income statement
and projected cash flow statement under the base case show that the project is feasible and
viable. This is based on the positive net present value and return on investment greater than the
cost of capital or prevailing interest rate.We therefore conclude that our business is feasible and
viable in the market.
