aisha suci hadiyana or you can call me aisha. And these are my friends, irene ismail and izna Zahrani

In this opportunity, I would like to present our mind map. This mind map is about job interview.

So, from what we heard in the podcast, we can conclude that if we want to have a job, we have to
know what our work motivation first. Like in the dialogue 1 and 2. These are, what we will discuss it.

If you do job interview and you got question like,

Please describe what work do you expect to do in this job position

you can answer it like I think I want a job were I have my own responsibility and I would like to
adjust my return job task based on priorities, for example If I were in administration posisition I
would like to filling every other day instead of the daily, in case the day is very hectic and urgent first
I need it to be persist.

Or you got question where the boss ask you about payment, like

Why do you think you’re so motivated on to the job? Is it because of the payment?

You can answer that question like

I think is not only payment but also my responsibilities about the job, if we do are duty well, we will
be paid better, that’s the rule, I believe it.

And if you got question where your boss ask like

What will you going to do if you’re hired in this Office?

You can answer based on your knowledge like, I think I want a job where quality is the priority. I
would like to do my job with all of my knowledge. Next, I think I would like to prepare a questioner
for my boss to improve my knowledge at this job. I think I would like to use all of this Office facility to
make my job better.

What makes you interest in working here

You can answer like

I think this company provides a job vacancy which is suitable with my educational background. The
knowladge and training i got will realy help me do my best in my job here, i want to apply my
knowladge and trainings that i got both from my campus and from other training institutions. I hope
i will be able to contribute a lot to the progress of this company

After we know what questions the interviewer might ask,

We know how the interviewy state an opinion about working motivation. In stating opinion, we can
use it with “I think” clause.

But before we discuss about I think clause. The important thing is we have to know what a clause
mean.

A clause is one meaningful unit comprised of at least one verb. In a real life expression very often
people use more then one clause in expressing their idea. Like wise in telling opinion we use the
clause “I think” which is combined with “I want” or “I would like to”.

For Example:

I think I want a job where I have my own responsibilities.

I think I want a job where the quality is the priority.

I think I would like to do filling.

I think I would like to work with computers to type draft correspondence from my boss.

So, the important things at this point is, In telling opinion, we may start with the expressions “I
think”.

Lastly after we discuss about all of this stating an opinion about working motivation, we can
conclude that

first, Every worker or prospective worker must have motivation that will be a passion in working in
any field that will be carried out

Second, If you have an understanding of the job description for a position, you will gain respect from
the employer and the opportunity to be rewarded with a better offer.
