“Life is full of suffering”

(Four Noble Truths)

Gautama taught that life is full of suffering. Yes, life has phases that are
unhappy, depressing, stressful, and times when you must deal with worst-case
scenarios. So, we can say that God helped us in all circumstances, whether they
were bad or good. But what we really need to do is just sit down patiently, recite it
in our minds, understand it every time we recite it, believe in it,
and finally, feel calm. No matter what comes in life, we must know that nothing
lasts forever. This too, shall pass. If you don't find a way to fix it or get out of the
worst situation, nothing will happen. Because there will not be any improvement
or change in our lives, at the same time, we will realize the importance of joy and
happiness in situations of pain, suffering, and stress. Life is a mixture of everything,
and nothing is permanent. Learn from the bad and live from the good.
