1. Write a journal entry for 15 to 20 minutes on the following topic.

Think about something unusual that you witnessed recently. What happened? What

to hell or die." He continued, I felt scared and confused, I did not know what that was, I wondered if

Purpose
This essay will show you how your grades
compare to your average requirements and
to other students who are applying to your
school or program. Colleges are not
necessarily just looking for students who do
well academically. They are looking for
campus “citizens”, those who contribute,
lead, and participate in campus culture.

response to a specific article that has
appeared in a newspaper or magazine.
These letters can be used to highlight some
aspects of the campaign, correct any
