This option includes a motor-driven pick-up spindle. The noseband is pulled in by the machine and in
doing so it elongates the dancer. The motor that drives the reel is then switched on and unwinds the
noseband until the dancer is vertical again.
This additional control cabinet is required if one of the two positions (11.2 or 11.3) is selected.
If both options are to be selected, only 1x control cabinet is required.
The camera control and NOK rejector are integrated as an additional module behind the basic mask
production line.
Important note:
The specific material properties and composition of your breathing mask have a direct influence on the
actual possible test criteria. Therefore, an individual verification of the test criteria with your original
masks is absolutely necessary before accepting an order.
An automatic transfer handling system takes over the individual masks in automatic mode from the
previous production process of the ruhlamat FFP2 mask production plant.
The transfer handling system brings each breathing mask into a horizontal position and feeds it to the
packaging system.
In the packaging system each protective mask is individually packed in a tubular bag. The dimensions
of the tubular bag are:
length: approx. 175 mm
width: approx. 85 mm
height: approx. 20 mm
The individual bags are discharged at the end of the packaging line via a discharge chute into a
customer-side collecting container/transport carton.
