PERFORMANCE STANDARD:
The learner maintains an active lifestyle to influence the physical activity participation of the community
and society practices healthy eating habits that support an active lifestyle
SITUATION:
Imagine that you are a Dance Fitness Instructor. Since some of your clients are busy because of
their job, they are requesting you to make a dance exercise routine in order for them to follow in their
leisure time. Your routine must be consisting with warm-up, dance exercise and cool down. Music
must be upbeat in order to bring an energize mood and use proper attire.
Your presentation will be done through a video recording. Limit your performance into 3-5
minutes only.
Record your performance in your gadget (cellphone or computer) if possible. If recording is not
possible, create a poster illustrating the importance of an active lifestyle in maintaining a healthy
lifestyle using any available art materials you have. You may also use digital art if you can.
GOAL: Perform a dance exercise routine or a fitness illustrator.
