Covid 19 has had a huge impact on our lives
especially around the world and on our
economics, as well as businesses, whether small
or large, including online businesses because
the pandemic has affected the products that
need to be delivered to the customers in
remote areas, but there are advantages to
having a pandemic because almost everyone
was already focused on social media when the
lockdown started so students took the
opportunity to sell online to make money.Social
media and virtual meetings, domestically and
across the globe, have become the “new
normal” as people strive to keep normalcy in
their lives amid pandemic restrictions. Here in
the Philippines, Digital 2020 April Statshot
report by Hootsuite and We Are Social revealed
that 64% of Filipino internet users are spending
more time on social media, with 23% indicating
an increased activity in their online shopping
activity.
