Activity : Tuck Jump - I was doing the Tuck
jump so that I could jump higher to improve my Vertical jump. When my knees are tucked during the movement, I can increased Activity : Catch abdominal and hip flexor activity. - To improve my alternate hand wall toss, I Date: 9/ 23/ 20 played Catch with my cousin. To improve my central vision, tossing a tennis ball with a BALANCE partner and practicing catching it with one hand can be very effective.

Activity : Heel - to - toe walk
- I was doing heel to toe walk so that I could
improve my stork stand, by doing 20 steps in 3 sets of heel to toe walk, until I can balance my self just by standing.
