INSTRUCTION
1. Turn on the UPS and weight scale switch.
2. Place the empty milk can on the Weight scale and press the TARE button (check for 0).
3. Check for four TICK MARK’s on the Tab screen.
4. Then press ENTER and NUM LOCK buttons and type the appropriate password and press
ENTER.
5. When the MA Cleaning Required screen appears on the Tab, press the Enter button, and
press the Milk Analyzer screen.
6. Analyzer - When you turn on the first Warm Up and wait for the screen to appear Eko
Milk.
Clean with 20ml daily cleaning solution for 25 cycles Solution prepared in 20ml Beaker.
Water Test: -
1. WATER TEST after cleaning (With water sample).
2. To do so, press the number 0991 on the screen shown above and press ENTER.
3. After the screen appears as WATER TEST, keep the water sample in the ANALYSER and
press the * (Star) button.
4. Value of water should be at least FAT: 0.1 SNF: 0.1 Moreover, it is necessary to check the
cleaning method if the values are not correct as described above.
5. You must start the collection only after cleaning and completing the WATER TEST.
6. After completing the Collection, press the F3 button to select END SHIFT and SHIFT
REPORT.
11. Clean with 20ml daily cleaning solution for 25 cycles Solution prepared in 20ml Beaker.
12. Then you need to shut down the Analyzer and clean it with the Plunger.
13. Clean the Analyzer thoroughly so that there is no solution left in it (Pipe).
14. After this you need to do 5 Cleaning with RO Water - 45 ° - 50 ° C (113 ° - 122 ° F).
15. After that, use Clean RO Water in 20ml beaker and click the Shut Down.
16. Weekly Solution - Give regularly once a week.
ACID PREPARATION: -
Daily Cleaning Acid- (GREEN BOTTLE)
Mix 20ml acid (i.e., 1 sampler size acid) with 980ml water.
