ASSESSMENT OVERVIEW
This Student Assessment Booklet includes all your tasks for assessment of CHCPRP001 Develop and
maintain networks and collaborative partnerships.

ABOUT YOUR ASSESSMENTS


This unit requires that you complete 2 assessment tasks. You are required to complete all tasks to
demonstrate competency in this unit.

Assessment Task About this task

Assessment Task 1: You must correctly answer all questions in this task to show that you understand

Assessment Task 2: Students need to follow the organisation chart provided and conduct research

Assessment Task 4: You will be observed in a workplace environment undertaking a range of day-to-
Work placement book day activities that relate to supporting people with co-existing mental health and
alcohol and other drugs issues.
You are required to complete a journal to provide evidence that you are able to
support people with co-existing mental health and alcohol and other drugs issues
and to work collaboratively to provide support and facilitate links to other services.
