EA (FIFA Series) CEO Andrew Wilson called NFT and ‘Play-to-Earn’ games the "the
future of our industry”.

The online gaming industry has been on the rise for the past few years; and for a
good reason. From a global pandemic pushing an online revolution, to the ever -
increasing mobile and internet penetration; a growing number of people are
spending more time online.

It is no wonder the industry is big money, raking in over $20 billion in revenue for
2020 alone. With an estimated 1 billion online gamers currently active worldwide,
experts forecast growth in numbers reaching a whopping 1.3 billion active gamers
by 2025.

The numbers speak for themselves. Gamers are so enthusiastic about their favorite
games, that some spend hundreds of dollars just to upgrade their avatar or access
a coveted in-game item that will give them a gaming edge.

Blockchain based Play-to-Earn (P2E) games are set to change the rules of the game,
by offering an equal playing field for everyone involved. It will give players
ownership of their gaming assets, as well as a source of income. Ultimately this will
make time spent playing worthwhile.

The last few months has seen an explosion of people playing the Play-to-Earn games.

There are now nearly 160,000 active users of Play-to-Earn blockchain games in the
month of August 2021. With an increase of nearly 300% since June 2021, it is expected to
keep on rising until it gets into the millions of users per month. Provided it continues on
the same trajectory this target will be reached as early as 2022.
Axie’s trading volume topped $879,200 for the month of August 2021. This is a monumental achievement,
considering it was only $900 for the month of January 2021.

What is NFT Shootout?

The purpose of NFT Shootout was to create a Play-to-Earn game that is genuinely
easy to adopt, inclusive and enjoyable; with the bonus of earning money and
having fun doing so. This is, we believe the future of gaming!

NFT Shootout is a decentralised Play-to-Earn football game, where anyone

can earn tokens through a very simple and addictive gameplay; competitively or for
leisure. Our main aim is to create a game that you can just pick up and play. There
will be no need for tutorials or anything complicated. It is literally a matter of
clicking a few buttons and you are playing the game.

Gamers will be able to collect NFT Shootout player cards to use in the game. These
NFTs will have their own attributes, positions and skill sets. In addition, you will be
able to buy land to build your football stadiums, booster cards to give attribute
increases to your players, and even have the opportunity to name your own
stadium & team.

Our future roadmap includes a timeframe of contact with a very popular football
managerial game franchise in order to collaborate with them in order to take NFT
Shootout to the next level of Play-to-Earn gaming. We don’t want to give away too

ground-breaking game, it is very simple to play, and highly addictive. Being gamers
and avid football fanatics, we wanted to create a game that is truly enjoyable,
entertaining and brings value to the gamer by allowing them to earn as they play.
We believe NFT Shootout will be a unique gaming experience compared to other
blockchain games.

The Covid pandemic has tested everyone’s financial stability. Many people will have
found themselves out of work or short of income. With the rising cost of living and
growing economic uncertainty, many are turning to other avenues to improve their
income or completely revolutionise it. Play-to-Earn gaming not only provides those

NFT Shootout mission

The existence of NFT Shootout will enhance people’s understanding of how

blockchain Play-to-Earn gaming will evolve the games industry. NFT Shootout
manages and maintains the circulation of its NFT assets, creating the perfect
balance; sustaining the in-game economy. This will provide gamers with the ability
to not only enjoy the game, but to collect NFTs of value for the future, which they
can choose to sell on peer-to-peer platforms.

Revenue will be used not only to maintain the NFT Shootout ecosystem, but also
provide developers the tools they require to continuously evolve the game;
ultimately a fully simulated Football manager inspired blockchain game where you
can have complete control over your club.

NFT Shootout Vision

We will push the boundaries of blockchain gaming technology to eventually

incorporate a management simulation, much like the popular Football manager
series. We believe that it would be a huge step to create a football management
simulation where you would be able to build your club from the ground up by
buying and selling players with ease. Have total control of your team and lineup, so
you can influence the outcome of your PVP (Player versus Player) matches. We would
like to be able to create an environment where our gamers work and play can be
combined.

We intend to bring people the financial freedom to be able to play when and where
they want, giving players flexibility in accessing the game using their preferred
laptop/tablet/mobile device. I am sure we have all had that childhood dream of
having a job where you can just play games all day. With NFT Shootout you have the

The NFT Shootout Token (SHOO), In Game Token & 2% Reflections

NFT Shootout Token (SHOO) is a BEP20 on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Why, you
ask. The answer is simple; high Ethereum (ETH) gas fees provide a barrier to entry
for those with limited resources. Holding SHOO will also give 2% reflections, which
basically means you will get a 2% bonus in tokens from other traders’ transactions.
Therefore, if trading volume is high, you will receive lots of free SHOO as a reward
on your holdings. Holders of SHOO will eventually be able to claim their rewards if
they stake their tokens.

For example, Axie Infinity has two in-game currencies, Small Love Potion (SPL) and
Axie Infinity Shard (AXS). SPL is used for trading Axie’s and can be converted into
real-life money. AXS, in turn, is a proposed governance token. When implemented,
it will allow players to have a say in game development. Furthermore, both types of
tokens can be traded as cryptocurrencies. Just like with Ethereum or Bitcoin, you
can purchase it, hold it, and even trade it; hopefully for profit. NFT Shootout will
have a similar model.

Our Hive In-Game token will be used as the NFT Shootout currency. It can be
earned through playing games and trading NFT player cards. It is required for Youth
Scouting and can be used to buy boosters cards and tournament tickets.

Staking & Staking Rewards

We are offering staking as a way for us to reward our community members for
having the confidence in us to build the game to a much higher level. By staking
your tokens you’ll be able to earn token rewards when you lock them up through
the staking dashboard. This we be deployed later in the game development
process.

Incentivising Stakers

In the future, we may upgrade our staking system to give better rewards to players
that have generated a lot of In-Game tokens from playing the game. Examples of
this include rewarding players with legendary player NFTs, to play with. These cards
will have enhanced and unique attributes, giving gamers an increased chance of
earning the In-Game token.

Gameplay

NFT Shootout is a turn-based Penalty Shootout strategy system, where you put
your player NFTs up against other gamer’s player NFTs in a live game. You will have
5 penalties each per game, alternating penalties with your opponent. The team with
the most penalty conversions after 5 penalties are deemed the winner. In the event
of a tie after 5 penalties, both teams will enter a sudden death penalty shootout.
Winner takes all.

You will have the power to select the lineup of your player NFTs. A coin toss will
determine which team takes the first penalty. Each player NFT will consist of three
statistics. For strikers they will be; Shot Power, Composure & Finishing. Each rating
will be out of 100. With a score of a 100 being the best in that attribute. For
goalkeepers, attributes will be; Shot Stopping, Diving & Positioning.

During a Shootout you will be able to apply special attribute NFTs. These will give
specific player NFT attributes a boost. This may give your goalkeeper a better
chance of making a save or your striker a better chance of scoring a goal. During a
shootout you need to drag the booster card to the relevant player NFT. These will
be available to purchase in the NFT Transfer List, in exchange for In-Game tokens.
They will also have a match contract, which will determine the number of matches
the boost will apply for. Ranges will include 5,10, 25, or 50 matches.

The scoring system will provide gamers with six areas of the goal to shoot at or
defend. These areas will be top left/right, bottom left/right and middle top/bottom.
As a striker and a goalkeeper, you will need to decide where you want to
dive/shoot. You will have 10 seconds to do this before the AI will choose for you at
random, this will also be your window to apply the booster cards to your player
NFT.

The deciding factor in whether you score or save a penalty is based on the
attributes of your player NFTs combined with the decision you make when diving,
shooting and applying boosters. The mechanics of the match engine means that, if
your striker takes the penalty and is considerably better than the goalkeeper by an
average of 15 attribute points, then the placement you choose will provide greater
accuracy. If your striker is considerably less skilled than the goalkeeper then your
shot accuracy will be slower and reduced meaning there is more chance it will be
saved. As an example, if a striker who has a skill rating of 80 comes up against a
goalkeeper of 60. Even if the goalkeeper guesses the right way, it still may not result
in a save, as the difference in skill is apparent. If the skill was the other way around
then the goalkeeper would have a very high chance of saving it.

Game Modes

There will be four game modes.

● Quick match – At launch, Q4 2021

● Quick match P2E – Q1 2022

● NFTs League – Q2 2022

● NFTs Cup – Q3 2022

● NFTs World Ranking – Q4 2022

Quick Match - The quick matchmaking game mode will be based on a system that
considers a various number of factors, such as recent match results (form), skill
level of the team and attributes of player NFTs. Such a system will allow gamers to
match-make with other gamers that have similar overall capabilities. This will
promote a dynamic and equal gaming experience, providing gamers a uniform
opportunity to earn In-Game tokens and maintain competitiveness.

NFTs League

NFTs league consists of 10 divisions with 100 teams per division, the allocation of
teams to divisions will be based on the team’s form, skill level and attributes of
player NFTs. Matches will be played 3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and
Saturdays (Community voting will eventually determine match days, frequency and
duration of a season). You will need to purchase a league NFT Card in the NFT
Transfer List in order to play in the league. This will last 4 weeks. The top 10 teams
from each league will receive a promotion and an In-Game token bonus, alongside
the match winning In-Game token rewards.

NFTs Cup

NFTs Cup will follow a knockout tournament format for teams of 100, 250, 500 and
1000. Gamers will have to purchase a token to enter, via the NFT Transfer List. The
winner will get a rare NFT Cup Artwork Card, which can be traded for player NFTs or
sold on the NFT marketplace.

NFTs World Ranking

Updated weekly rankings will be based on the number of wins and team attribute
value. Matchmaking will be based on your current ranking, so if you are ranked
20,000 in the world, you will play someone within 1000 ranking points of your
position. If you win you will move up to their higher position. If you lose you will
drop down a place.

Tournaments and Live Esports Streams

Due to the type of game and the popularity with FIFA Esports system, EA Sports is a
good fit for competitive play and NFT Shootout. We believe this is a critical aspect
for future growth and we have seen how engaged the players become when there
is money on the line.

Esports winners have earnt thousands of dollars’ worth of cryptocurrency through

numerous tournaments around the world.

NFTs Cups will be open to anyone who purchases a ticket in our NFT Transfer list.
Matchmaking will be determined by players rating, ranking and form. Therefore,
gamers teams with similar skill ratings will be matched together. It will be based on
pure skill and luck whether you qualify for the next round. Winners will get a cash
prize, SHOO token or player NFTs. The choice is the winners. Competitions will be
held live on our YouTube, Twitch and Odyssey channels.
Match Earnings & Startup

You earn In-Game tokens for winning penalty shootouts in the game and winning
competitions. These tokens can then be used to buy players, land, stadiums,
attribute booster cards, augmentations, youth coaches and scouts (which will be
used to create youth players to either sell on or play with) entries to competitions
and much more.

Starting NFT Shootout you will need to purchase a minimum of two players, a
striker and a goalkeeper from the NFT transfer List. You will then be able to
participate in the game and earn In-Game tokens.

We will be offering three options of start-up.

● Purchase a minimum of two players, a goalkeeper and a striker

● Pay a weekly subscription in order to rent 2, or 6 players

● Pay nothing up front and play the game giving up a proportion of your
match winnings back into the game.

This way everyone can play, there will be no need to put any money up front as we
realise this being an issue for many people worldwide, the tokens earnt within the game
can then be used to purchase Player NFTs.

Modifications

Player NFTs will have six areas that can be modified; Skin color, Hair, Sex, Build,
Boots & Kit. These will offer no actual in game benefit and it is for the personal
preference of the gamer. These characteristics can be purchased in the NFT
Transfer List alongside the player NFT attribute boost cards. These will make your
player NFT card totally unique and could potentially increase its desirability.

Scouting and Recruiting Youth Players

Like in real-world football you can scout youth players and sign them to your club,
it’s a simple process that involves you buying a Youth Scout NFT in the NFT Transfer
List and a Youth Coach NFT from the same location. Once these have been
purchased you will then be able to receive your new youth player NFT in 7 days
from card submission. They can then be used to play, loaned out or sold on the NFT
Transfer List. The skill rating and position will be at random and based on the ability
of your youth coach and youth scout. The higher the rating of the youth coach and
youth scout, the better the player NFT will be. You may find the next Ronaldo! This
opportunity will only be available once a month, in order to prevent overpopulation
of player NFTs and causing a liquidity issue.

Stadium building
Gamers can own assets such as NFT Players can purchase land to place their
stadiums on. NFT Assets can be bought from the NFT Transfer List. You will be able
to customize the looks of each stadium with colors, specific stand types and an
option to have fans in the stand, these can all be purchased from the NFT Transfer
List. The land and stadiums can also be loaned out and sold.

NFT Players will have their predefined functionality in the game for various
activities, but recipes are needed to customize their looks. Having a fully built
stadium will automatically give your players a 5-point attribute increase. Like in real
life football games will be played Home and Away, in the quick play you will
alternate games home or away to make it fair.

Player Population & Long-term Sustainability

NFT Shootout is a platform that combines virtual gaming with the reality of the
transfer market. Each of the player, stadium, booster cards you own will be an NFT.
Therefore, they have their own intrinsic value and you can buy, sell or loan them.
Only you as the gamer can decide which of your NFT Player’s, stadiums and booster
cards you wish to trade at any time whilst playing NFT Shootout. You as the gamer
retain full ownership of NFT assets acquired, along with independent selling rights,
which will not be monopolized by the game developer. As such, the funds and work
invested by gamers and artists will forever be materialized in the real market. With
the setting of rightful assets, funds and fees; a self-sufficient and sustainable
ecosystem is created, whereas game assets will be priced with usable and
collectible value.

The Future of NFT Shootout – Gameworld’s, Official Player Licenses &

Competitions

The ultimate aim for the game is to create a full simulation of a Football Manger
style game with a real-life simulated match engine, where you can create the
tactics, sign players and train players to make them better. Players will have a full
array of 20 attributes, including personalities. If you remember the Football
Manager Live series from a few years ago, we aim for the game to evolve so much
that it will be the only way to play a management simulation. Why play for fun when
you can earn money from it too? There will literally be 1000’s of game worlds with
official player licenses and competitions. You will be able to own your very own
collection of real-life players NFT cards.

NFTS Scholar Programme

The Scholar Programme will work in a similar way to Axie Infinity. When a manager
owns enough NFT player cards, they can allow a scholar to play the game for them.
Any In-Game token winnings will then be split dependent on the agreement.

NFT Shootout will set up a Scholar wanted section within the game itself so
managers can find their very own scholars, which will also have shown the track
record (wins and losses) of the potential scholar. So, if you find a gamer with a very
high % win ratio, they you may want to give them a bigger cut of the winnings. The
same goes for the managers they can also advertise a Scholar vacancy within the
game and display the NFT players they are offering plus the agreement terms.

Play On the Move & Console Gaming

We will also be developing an app for Android and Apple stores. The app will be an
identical version of the browser version of the game. We will also have plans to
release the game on, Nintendo switch, Xbox marketplace and the PlayStation store,
so you will literally be able to play NFT Shootout on any format available.

Key Points

NFT Shootout will have a 100% gamer-owned, real money economy. The
developers of the game will be focused on growing the economy of the game and
take small fees to monetise. Player NFTs are bought, sold and scouted by gamers
using in-game resources and sold to other gamers. NFT Shootout is a game with a
real economy utilising both the ‘SHOO’ coin and its In-Game token.

In-Game resources and booster cards, land, players are all tokenized, meaning they
can be sold to anyone, anywhere on open peer-to-peer markets.

Gamer population is a major factor in the NFT Shootout ecosystem. If the balance is
wrong, then this could have an impact on prices of NFTs and the sustainability of
the game. Therefore, it is very important for us that we regularly monitor the ideal
population in order to make the In-Game economy flourish, maintain the correct
balance and promote natural growth over time.

NFT Shootout’s Long-Term Strategy to manage the ecosystem and to maintain

players in the game and are rewards for players that have a long-term
history of playing matches.
NFT Shootout’s growth & Hive NFT Marketplace

At the start of the game the economy will be reliant on growth and new gamers.
These new gamers will require player NFTs to get started. We will initially launch
these on the HIVE NFT marketplace while we develop our own marketplace. The
price will be determined by the market forces and influenced by the demand of
gamers. This is the same for the growth of any start-up project. Having said that,
with the size of the community and the potential of the game, we do not foresee
any issues with a liquid NFT marketplace.

Assuming a successful presale, we will ‘kick-off ‘with an aggressive advertising

campaign where we will not only look for sponsors and investors through our
extensive client base. We will be releasing demos of the game which will be ready
within days, contacting YouTubers and other social media influencers to encourage
game promotion.

NFT Shootout will also bring a social aspect, as there will be In-Game chats available
to talk to your opponent or simply rub it in when you win. You will also be able to
create friendships and maybe even join forces with one another to achieve world
domination.

Technology

Our efforts are focused on bringing the utmost priority to accessibility and
decentralisation. We have chosen to embark on this journey with NFTs and
blockchain gaming by building our main token SHOO, on the Binance Smart Chain.
Our In-Game token will be integrated on the HIVE blockchain. By doing so, we
believe NFT Shootout will be more affordable and accessible to many.

User Support

Having been involved in gaming ourselves for the past 30 years and digital
marketing for 20 years, we recognise the importance of having a fully trained 24/7
customer service, highly skilled in resolving any issues in a timely manner. We
realise that people will be playing the game around the clock from all corners of the
globe. Keeping our gamers happy and feeling valued is one of the most important
things we want to achieve from day one.

Account security

We will include multiple authentication methods such as Google Authenticator for

the account log in and withdrawal process. Gamers will be able to type in a code or
scan a QR code in seconds to log in. Securing your assets is paramount to us.

Initially, players are able to interact with cloning facilities and the marketplace using
MetaMask on Binance Smart Chain. To play the game without extra fees, players
will need to sign up for an account with Binance and MetaMask.

If you are using a token on the Hive blockchain as your In-Game token then your
security can be the private key setup for a Hive wallet. To play the game you login
and NFT Shootout creates a Hive wallet for the gamer. The gamer can then request
their keys. Any games require the posting key to play. which can be automatic. Any
trading of assets or movement of funds requires the master key.

Anti-Cheat/Hacking

There are ways that people are able to exploit, hack and cheat on the game so we
will be employing a company that will be able to expose these threats/hacks before
they happen. We will also have a central authority server that acts as a referee
between players during a match. We are confident that we will be able to detect
every possible attempt to cheat or hack.

Tampering

We have been looking at methods that we can verify the results of each game and
by match puzzle solving. One method we are looking into is a collaboration with
Cartesi Machines which has published a proof of concept involving a game that
involves emulating the actions of a gamer from client side, and evaluating via the
Catresi system. This will virtually eradicate the ability to cheat in game.

Bots

Lots of games are suffering from issues with bots but we aim to develop a system
that can detect bot activity based on the times to change pages within the game,
types of shot taken, player selection etc. We will also introduce a very simple for
human’s captcha algorithm check before each game which is something that
cannot be solved by bots.

IPFS Assets

The ERC1155 smart contract utilizes an immutable URI that points to a link that
stores the JSON file. Decentralization is achieved through storage of data files in
IPFS systems, which delivers content with a peer-to-peer distributed method of
storage. Consequently, files stored on a public domain are subject to garbage
collection, which deletes the file after a period of inactivity. IPFS pinning services
allow content to be marked available even with a period of inactivity, by
redistributing the file.

NFT shootout Pinning Service

Our plan involves building our own servers to pin every file asset related to NFT
shootout, which prevents them from being completely removed from the IPFS
distribution. In our effort to maintain the game ecosystem through
decentralisation, we may even allow all members of the community to host the
server and download a copy of the network. When an asset is changed or
upgraded, a new copy of the asset properties shall be created. The history of every
transaction will maintain its traceability as past asset details will never disappear
from existence.
