Dear Mrs. Boateng,

Thank you for taking your time to interview me. It was a privilege speaking
with a mentor and innovative leader like you. I am grateful to learn more about
the roles and responsibilities of becoming a successful and a problem-solving
front desk receptionist at your hotel.

It was really fascinating and morale-boosting to learn that your hotel is

popularly known for its enormous range of knowledge and competency in
delivering good customer service, and hence, creating a remarkable memory in
the guests. One other thing that surprised me was your recognition by the
National Consumer Travel Association, for awarding your hotel with 5 stars.
This is one of the reasons why I want to become a part of your team and to
vehemently contribute to the growth and success of your hotel if given a chance
to prove myself.
