DIVISION TRAINING ON CAPACITY BUILDING ON CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

1. In connection with the Training on Capacity Building on Child Protection Policy, this office
announces the conduct of Live - Out Training on January 17 - 19, 2022 at Avenue Plaza Hotel,
Magsaysay Avenue, Naga City.

2. This training aims to:

a. Enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of teachers to ensure the safety of the
school children and address threats guided by the DepEd Child Protection policy.

Concerns on CPP Implementation.

c. Introduce the role of DepEd in preventing Child abuse.
d. Strengthen the Protective and Remedial Measures, Referral and Assessment.

3. Participants of this activity must always wear facemask and observe physical distancing on
the day of the training in adherence to the IATF Healthprotocols.

4. Travelling Expenses and Accommodation of the identified participants and members of the
committee shall be charged against School / Division MOOE subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.

5. This memorandum also serves as Authority to Travel by the Participants and Working
Committees.
