JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, CHRISTOPHER Y. DANO, and TIBURCIO BUDIONGAN JR., of legal ages,

both Filipinos and residents of Carmen, Bohol, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally know the person of JOEL PAANUD BAHINTING for we are
friends thereof;

2. That as per his Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority his true and
correct name is spelled as JOEL PAANUD BAHINTING;

3. That the name of JOEL PAANUD BAHINTING name was erroneously spelled as JOEL
PAANOD BAJINTING due to inadvertence and mistake as per his Baptismal Certificate;

4. That the name JOEL PAANUD BAHINTING as per his Birth Certificate issued by the
Philippine Statistics Authority and JOEL PAANOD BAJINTING as per his Baptismal
Certificate, refers to one and the same person living and existing in our community;

5. That we are not related to the said person either by affinity or consanguinity and that we
have no interest in whatever outcome this presents may bring;

6. That we execute this affidavit voluntarily to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we hereunto set our hands this 18th day of May, 2021 at
