The State of the School Address and Oath
Taking 0f General Parent-Teacher Officers last
December 16, 2021 was a success. That day had
objectives to provide information about progress
of Mainaga-San Francisco Elementary School for
the previous year. We introduced and conducted
the oath-taking of the newly elected General
Parent-Teacher Officers for the school year 2021-
2022. Mrs. Marivic B. Macalintal, Teacher III
facilitated the whole program.
At exactly 9:00 in the morning, the program

started with a prayer led by Mrs. Brenda R. Dr. Ofelia M. Del Mundo, our hardworking and
Mendoza, Teacher III followed by the singing of active principal presented the school monitoring
nationalistic song led by Mrs. Edichita B. Agena, evaluation & plan adjustments (SMEPA) for the
Teacher III and class adviser of One-Rosal. Then fourth quarter of the school year 2020-2021. First,
immediately followed by the welcome remarks by she clarified the meaning of the school’s mission

such as: Project LINGAP-ARDO that aims to
maintain the zero percent of drop-out rate through
monitoring, Project LIK-LSEN to help the learners
with special needs, Project STAR to increase by
2% the achievement level of learners per quarter,
Project REACH to decrease by 2% the number of
non-readers in Grades 1 & 2 and the number of
frustration readers in Grades 3-6, Project SSR to
strengthen partnerships of school with the local
government unit, Project SWAP to deliver quality
basic education in safe learning environment,
Project STOP to ensure clear and easy
understanding on the signages in school and
strengthen the observance of health protocols and
protective measures for learners and school
personnel, Project MASK to ensure effective
implementation of health and safety protocols in
school, Project DECS to ensure a well develop
communication plan for coordination purposes
among learners, parents, teachers and stakeholders,
Project COVID to ensure that the school has
followed a decision model of contingency plan in
