BAC RESOLUTION PROPOSING FOR Purchase of COVID RELATED MATERIALS

October 15, 2021

WHEREAS, the Agusuhin High School is in need of supplier/s for the COVID RELATED MATERIALS, with a total
approved budget for the contract in the amount of Ninety One Thousand Seven Hundred Two Pesos and Ninety
Seven Centavos (91,702.97) only;

WHEREAS, we the BAC members of Agusuhin High School declared SPEEDTECH PRINTING AND GENERAL
MERCHANDISE as the bidder having the most advantageous offer, with the total amount bid of SIXTY SEVEN
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE, PHILIPPINE PESOS ONLY (PhP 67, 925.00).

WHEREAS, having determined that the said bidder is legally, technically and financially capable to deliver the project,
the award of this project has been given to the said bidder;

WHEREAS, upon computation, there is still Twenty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Seven Pesos and
97/100 (Php 23,777.97) from the budget allocated.

WHEREAS, all premises considered, Agusuhin High School BAC Members resolve as it is hereby resolved, to
recommend to Alternative Mode of Procurement-Negotiated Procurement for COVID RELATED MATERIALS to
SPEEDTECH PRINTING AND GENERAL MERCHANDISE in the total amount of SIXTY SEVEN
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE, PHILIPPINE PESOS ONLY (PhP 67, 925.00).

RESOLVED by the Bids and Awards Committee this 15th of October , 2021.
