The Bonifacio Monument is important because it reminds us of our history
during Spanish Colonization and it shows our respect to Andres Bonifacio
and other heroes. Also it shows Filipino patriotism and our sense of pride.
Tinikling is important because it show Filipino culture through dance arts and
it shows and connect our tradition from the past,present,and future.
The Archipelago is important because it shows emotions such as gratitude,
love, respect towards people that speech alone cannot be expressed. It
expresses feelings, ideas, experiences, and whatever else may come to our
minds.

We need to know the Various Contemporary Art forms from different

regions because Contemporary art as we know it, is a form of expression that
gives a visual representation of today's people's ideologies, beliefs, and
views. Contemporary art is important because it provides value to everyone's
lives in a way that no other artistic work can. Art concentrates on a single
feature of nature or humans and depicts it in minute detail. Most importantly,
contemporary art inspires people in their life and work. It urges them to
express themselves and share their own thoughts and feelings with anyone
and everyone.

2. After learning the Various Contemporary Art form from the different regions,
how this lesson helps you in appreciating Contemporary Art forms?

This lessons help me widen my knowledge about contemporary arts and help
me realize art not just a form of entertainment but as way to express one’s
feelings, thoughts or idea, beliefs and viewpoints. It’s through art we can
express ourselves or our ideas. Contemporary arts has a variety of forms so I
able to make art in different ways.
