Graduation may look a little different this year since families and friends will gather for a

toast remotely from a safe distance as students toss their caps collectively over a video chat.
Regardless, graduation will always be a time to celebrate your favorite accomplishments and
the exciting things that lay ahead in their futures. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 4th
Graduation Ceremony of SAFNHS - Senior High School. To start with, may we all express
our patriotism as we sing the national Anthem to be followed by the opening prayer.

At this juncture may we all listen to Rizel Astrid D. Guittap, with High Honors, from the
STEM Strand as she delivers her welcome address.

This time we now call in our very own school principal, maam Ma Victoria F. Quiambao, for
the presentation of candidates for graduation, followed by the Certification of the candidates
for graduation by our Public Schools District Supervisor, Maam Maribel S. Arellano, and
after which, we will have our Schools Division Superintendent, Sir Orlando E. Manuel, for
the acceptance and confirmation of the candidates for graduation.

Now, we listen to the talk of our keynote speaker, but before that allow me to introduce to
you our keynote speaker.

Our guest speaker was born and raised at Dungeg, Sta ana, Cagayan. She is the daughter or
Mr. and Mrs., Freddie Miranda and she was married with captain Marcelito cabangangan
Quijano.

Our speaker finished her Elementary at Marede Elem sch. She had her Secondary School at
SAFNHS (2006). She finished BS Nursing at Delos santos STI college inc. in 2010 and
passed the board exam in the same year. At present she is the Women and Children
protection Desk Police Non Commissioned Officer of the PNP. Ladies and Gentlemen, please
welcome, Police Corporal Cathrine Joy Miranda Quijano.
