Part I

PURPOSE
The purpose of this assignment is to develop the learner’s ability to describe the organisational
culture of a chosen organisation, identify any inherent problems and propose changes for
improvement.

REQUIREMENT
Select an organisation which you are familiar with and describe the characteristics of its
organisational culture. Identify any inherent problems in the organisational culture and propose
some changes for improvement.

Prepare a report using the following guidelines:


a. Introduction on the chosen organisation
b. Description of the organisational culture in the chosen organisation
c. Identification of any inherent problems in the chosen organisational culture
d. Proposed changes for improvement in the organisational culture
e. Conclusion

Bahagian I

TUJUAN
Tujuan tugasan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keupayaan pelajar untuk menjelaskan budaya
organisasi bagi sesebuah organisasi, mengenal pasti apa-apa kewujudan masalah dan mencadangkan
perubahan untuk penambahbaikan.

KEPERLUAN
Pilih sebuah organisasi yang anda biasa dan jelaskan ciri-ciri budaya organisasi tersebut. Kenal pasti
sebarang masalah di dalam budaya organisasi dan cadangkan beberapa perubahan untuk
penambahbaikan.

Sediakan laporan menggunakan garis panduan berikut:


1. Pengenalan tentang organisasi yang dipilih,
2. Penerangan tentang budaya organisasi di dalam organisasi yang dipilih,
3. Pengenalpastian sebarang masalah yang wujud dalam budaya organisasi yang dipilih,
4. Cadangan perubahan untuk penambahbaikan dalam budaya organisasi,
