TIME ACTIVITIES SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Day 1
6:30 am – 6. 45 am - Arrival at the hospital - To meet with other group
members

6:45 am – 7:00 am - Endorsement

7:00 am – 7:15 am - Checking the attendance, - To check readiness of the

uniforms and paraphernalia’s group members

7:15 am – 7:30 am - Sub-grouping the - To know their specific

members and delegation of area of responsibility

7:30 am – 7:45 am - Courtesy call to the Head - To pay respect to the

Nurse, Staff Nurses, and other health care providers and
health personnel inform them about our
presence

7:45 am – 8:00 am - Orientation regarding - To obtain variety ideas

- Check and document - To see if there is an

1:15 pm – 1:30 pm patient’s vital signs anomaly to their vital signs

- Assist nurse on duty in - To know the process of

1:30 pm – 2:00 pm administering medication to dosage administration in
patient hospital setting

- Complete chartings and - To let the next nurse on
