DEBT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

Dated the 18th day of January, 2021

This Debt Settlement Agreement is entered into by and between BROWM EMMANUEL
ONYINYEOMA an investor (HugeSaver) with the Debt or with phone number 08137676529 and
email address emmanuelb65@gmail.com with investment dated 9/17/2020 (hereinafter referred to
as the “Creditor”)

And

MBA TRADING AND CAPITAL INVESTMENT LTD. of Suite C201, Plot 1245 Adetokunbo Ademola
Crescent, Wuse2, Abuja, FCT (hereinafter referred to as the “Debtor”).

For the purpose of this Agreement, the Creditor and Debtor shall be collectively referred to as
“Parties”.

NOW THEREFORE, for and inconsideration of the sum of ₦400,000 (Four Hundred Thousand
Naira) now paid by the Debtor to the Creditor, receipt of which the Creditor hereby acknowledges,
the parties hereby agree as follows:

1.Representation
That the sum of ₦400,000 (Four Hundred and Thousand Naira) paid by the Debtor to the
Creditor, receipt of which the Creditor acknowledges shall serve as the full and final
settlement of all the Debtor’s obligations to the Creditor.

2.Indemnification
In consideration for this agreement, the Creditor releases the Debtor from any other claims
in relation to the debt, fees and penalties or any damages prior to this agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement, in the manner below, the
date and year first above written.
