Description In preparation for the conduct of the limited face-to-face classes on
November 15, 2021, Pilar National Agricultural High School, conducted an
orientation to all parents of Grade 11 and 12 students residing at Barangay Pilar
as well as the other stakeholders of the school to inform them of the important
matters and to discuss the contingency plan of the school during the pilot
testing.
Objective A. To inform the parents, stakeholders, and school head about the operational
guidelines on the implementation of limited face-to-face Joint Memorandum
Circular No. 01, S. 2021
B. To orient the parents, and stakeholders about the process flow for the limited
face-face, risk factors, safety prevention and management as well as the
contingency plan for Grade 11 and 12 students
C. To strengthen the support from the stakeholders especially in the conduct of
the limited face-to-face in the school
Results The identified objectives and targets for the activity were met.

Participants’ The activity was successfully managed by the proponents and the rest of the
Feedback team and has a positive feedback from the participants.
Methodology
The activity started with the registration of participants including the visitors
from the different catchment areas of the school, and the barangay council of
Barangay Pilar. Then an opening program through an audio-visual presentation
and the opening message of PNAHS-OIC, Mrs. Carlota E. Opanes followed
suit. Afterwards, the session proper started with the overview for the limited
face to face was discussed by the Sir Normel John A. Manuales, school head of
PNAHS as well as the Joint Memorandum of Pilot Testing for Limited Face to

Face by Ma’am Geraldine P. Sumbise, District Adapter/EPS Designate-

Reading, Research/Face to Face Focal Person. This was followed by the
sessions on (1) flow for the limited face to face by Ma’am Bea V. Ramonida,
SST-I, (2) risk factors by Sir Jonas Vergel P. Catorce, SHS-Department Head,
(3) Safety Prevention and Management by Ma’am Rhea T. Obseñares, Grade 11
Adviser. Next, the discussion about the Contingency Plan of the school was
given by Sir Jose J. Sagadal, JHS Department Head as well as the FAQs by Sir
Nicoper A. Baragenio. Subsequently, an open forum was conducted to allow the
parents and other stakeholders to raise their concerns. All of the representatives
from the barangay council of the different catchment areas of the school
namely, Manuel Barral Sr., Sigo, Cag-anibong, Pilar, Roxas II, Bayo,
Macatingog and Dawo showed their support through the pledge of commitment
to Pilar National Agricultural High School especially to the implementation of
the pilot testing of limited face-to-face instruction of the school. Lastly, to
formally close the program, Sir Jonas Vergel P. Catorce, SHS-Department
Head, gave his closing remarks.

The said activity was successfully done and managed through the efforts of the
committees assigned – Master of Ceremony, Program and Invitation, Stage
Decoration, Venue Preparation, Food and Registration and Documentation.
